I. Details of and requirements for physical examination before coming to China

Applicants shall take the examination according to the items listed in the Physical Examination Form for Foreigners. The physical examination form shall be provided with the applicant's photo, the seal of the hospital and the signature of the doctor, and no falsification is allowed.

II. Time and place for post-registration physical examination

The university will make appointments for physical examinations in a centralized manner during the registration period, and students may make appointments by themselves.

How to make an appointment for physical examination

1. Follow the official account on WeChat: Jiangsu International Travel Health Care Center

2. Select physical examination upon entry

3. Select the time of appointment for physical examination

4. Input personal information

5. Submit the appointment request

Students need to prepare the passport, visa, two 2-inch photos with a white background, and a physical examination fee of CNY 538 (via WeChat/Alipay/UnionPay). An empty stomach is required during the physical examination. In view of the pandemic prevention and control requirements, Sukang code and the travel code shall be provided.

III. Validity period of physical examination

The physical examination report is valid for six months.
