关于2021级留学研究生申请课程免修的通知
各位2021级留学研究生：
根据工作安排，现就部分博士研究生申请课程免修的相关工作通知如下：
1. 申请条件：2021级博士研究生，在我校攻读硕士期间已修读过现博士培养方案中的相应课程，且成绩不低于80分，可申请免修该课程。
2. 申请程序：
（1）申请者将所有拟申请的课程填写在1张申请表上（注意填写正确的课程号）；
（2）导师签字同意；
（3）在研究生系统中提交申请，并上传申请表和相应成绩单（请将免修课程在成绩单中标出）。
3. 申请时间：请于2021年12月20日前在研究生系统中提交申请，过时不候。
4. 其他说明：
（1）因受疫情影响，无需线下提交材料；
（2）没有在系统中提交的免修申请，无法进行审核；
（3）审核通过后，系统中选课记录将被删除，请在系统中查看审批结果。

Notice on 2021 Postgraduate Application of Courses Exemption
Dear graduate students of 2021 intake,
According to the work arrangement, the notice for the doctoral students applying for course exemption is as follows:
1. Requirements: doctoral student of 2021 intake, who has taken the corresponding courses which are listed in the doctoral program during the master's studies in Hohai University and have a score of over 80, can apply for the course exemption.
2. Procedure:
(1) Applicant shall fill in all the courses to be applied for exemption in ONE application form (the correct course code shall be filled in);
(2) The supervisor should agree and sign on the form;
(3) Applicant shall submit the course exemption application one by one in the graduate system, and upload the application form and corresponding transcript (please mark the exempt courses on the transcript).
3. Deadline: Please submit the application in the graduate system before December 20, 2021. The application will not be dealt with after the deadline.
4. Others:
(1) Due to the impact of the epidemic, there is no need to submit materials offline;
(2) Exemption application which has not been submitted in the system cannot be reviewed;
(3) After the approval, the course selection record in the system will be deleted. Please check the approval result in the system.
