The Self-sponsored portal is for self-funded applicant, Chinese Government Scholarship for CSC, Inter-school exchange for exchange student, Hohai University Scholarship for Hohai University Scholarship.

Each applicant only needs to complete one application and pay one-time application fee. The University will decide on the scholarship type according to the ranking and inform those to be admitted by email.

The Jiangsu Government Scholarship policy has changed since 2020. The individual application is not accepted by the University now.

The resume should include consecutive study and work experience. Those who have study experience in China must provide all study experience.

Yes. The applicant who will graduate in the current year should provide the graduation proof and/or study certificate from current school. The admitted candidate who fails to obtain the required degree/diploma before registration in September will be canceled of offer immediately.

The foreign physical examination form is valid within 6 months. The applicant in China can upload current physical report temporarily and renew the qualified one upon admission. The overseas applicant has to submit the physical form within 6 months. 

Yes. The financial proof is needed no matter how, which can be the family deposit, property certificate or parent/guardian income certificate, over $5000 suggested. 

The applicant may get the non-criminal certificate from the relevant governmental/ educational institute. A non-criminal statement from the applicant can be uploaded instead if the local institute doesn't provide it.

The University doesn’t accept any transfer student.

Please figure out the reason, make up for the relevant documents and submit again as soon as possible.

After the applicant pays the registration fee successfully, the university will conduct a preliminary review，and the professors from different colleges will be organized to review the applications later. Applicants are requested to pay attention to the application status in the system. If additional materials or assessments are needed, please complete according to the notification. And the final result will only be sent by university official email account.

After the applicant submits complete application materials and pays the registration fee, the application status can be tracked in the system. Generally speaking, the final results come out by the end of July. University will only inform those to be admitted due to large amounts of applications.

It's September of each year in general. The specific date on the admission letter shall prevail.
