If you want to apply for CSC Type A, please get information from Chinese embassy or relative institution from your country.
If you need a pre-admission letter for the CSC Type A application,
1)Having checked the programs and eligibility, please apply through the Hhu application portal https://hhu.17gz.org/
2)Then select the “Inter-School Exchange Programme”
3) Fill in the Corresponding information correctly and upload the documents required such as the scanned copies of the passport information page, transcripts & academic certificates.
4) Submit the application and contact us through the email admission@hhu.edu.cn with the email subject as (“PRE-ADMISSION LETTER + APPLICATION NUMBER”)
5) The admission team will then check your documents and organize experts to review them. If you meet the requirements, they will issue you a pre-admission letter.
PLEASE NOTE, The Pre-admission letter will be uploaded to the Application portal from where you can download it directly.
