关于做好2021级外国留学生新生网上电子注册的通知

 

各位2021级外国留学生新生:

为适应新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化工作要求,我校将组织2021年秋季学期录取的外国留学生进行网上电子注册,现将有关事项通知如下。

 

一、电子注册对象

所有2021年秋季学期录取的外国留学生,包括本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生、高级进修生等。

二、电子学期注册流程

1. 由外国留学生本人登录学校信息门户办事大厅留学生电子学期注册平台,核对并填写基本信息,上传以下材料,提交注册申请。

1)护照

2)最高学历学位证书

3)最高学历学位相关成绩单

4)学习计划

2. 由国际教育学院审核学生的入学资格。

3. 由各学院复核。

4. 注册结果将通过网上办事大厅平台反馈给申请者。

三、电子学期注册时间

1.  2021915日前,留学生提交注册申请;

2.  2021924日前,国际教育学院审核入学资格;

3.  20211011日前,各学院复核。

四、其他事项

1. 外国留学生须按时按要求提交学期注册申请,保证提交信息的真实性、准确性。如发现弄虚作假者,则取消入学资格。

2. 如果因疫情原因,本学期无法进行线上学习的境外学生可在学籍状态栏选择休学,休学年限最长不超过一年。将保留入学资格至2022831日。

3. 未注册成功或未按时注册的学生按照《河海大学外国留学生学籍管理办法》相关条款处理。

Notice on Online Semester Registration for New International Students of 2021

 

Dear International Students of 2021,

Hohai University will carry out online registration for new international students of 2021. Following are the relevant issues:

 

I. Objects of Online Registration

All international students, including undergraduates, master’s students, doctoral students, general scholars and senior scholars of 2021 intake.

 

II. Procedure of Online Registration

1. International students submit the registration application online.

(1) Applicants shall log into the Online Semester Registration platform of Hohai Information Portal, check and fill in the basic information. If the email address or contact number is wrong, you can modify it by yourself. If other information is wrong, please contact the teacher of International School of Hohai University.

(2) Applicants shall upload the following documents in PDF format, and each file is no more than 10m.

(i) Passport, including passport photo page, if you are in China, please provide relevant visa and residence permit page.

(ii) Certificate and diploma of the most advanced degree
 (iii) The transcript of the most advanced degree

(iv) Study Plan at HHU. If you have recommendation letter from Hohai University, please provide.

Special tips: please ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the materials uploaded. The university will arrange the supervisor according to the materials.

(3) Under the pandemic, the students abroad who are unable to take online studies this semester can choose “suspension” under the “Registration Status”. The University will reserve your seat for no more than one year, till August 31, 2021.

(4) Please fill in your location information truthfully. If you are in China, please fill in the specific address, if you are outside China, please fill in the country and city name.

2. The staff of International School will review the application. If approved, the application will be transferred to the colleges; if not, the application will be returned to the applicant for amendment or supplementary materials and re submitted.

3. Each college will review the application. If approved, the applicant will be regarded as a registered student of Hohai University; if not, the application will be returned to the applicant for amendment or supplementary materials and re submitted.

4. The registration results will be fed back to the applicant through the online platform.

 

III. Time for Online Registration

1. Before September 15, 2021, international students submit application.

2. Before September 24, 2021, International School review the application.

3. Before October 11, 2021, the colleges review the application.

 

IV. Other Issues

International students who fail to register or have overdue registration shall be dealt with as per the relevant provisions in the Regulations on Education Registration Management of International Students of Hohai University.
