河海大学外国留学生请假流程
留学生因病或其他原因外出必须履行请假手续。请假在七天以内的，本科生由辅导员、研究生由导师审批后，提交国际教育学院备案；请假超过七天，不足一个月的，由国际教育学院主管院长审批；请假超过一个月不足三个月的，由国际教育学院院长审批。请假获批后，留学生应及时通知相关任课教师。
Leave application process of International students in Hohai University
International students who go out for illness or other reasons must go through the formalities of asking for leave. If the leave is less than seven days, the applicant shall submit the application form to International School after approval by the counselor (Bachelor) or the supervisor (Master and Doctor); if the leave is more than seven days and less than one month, the application shall also need to be approved by the dean in charge of International Students in International School; if the leave is more than one month and less than three months, the application shall also need to be approved by the dean of International School. After the leave is approved, the international students shall inform the relevant teachers in time.
