In 2015, Hohai has two English-taught courses for international students chosen as excellent courses of Jiangsu Province: Estuarine and Coastal Dynamics taught by Professor CHEN Yongping in the College of Harbor, Coastal and Offshore Engineering, and The Art of Scientific Presentation and Writing in English taught by Professor CHEN Wen in the College of Mechanics and Materials.
Hohai has paid growing attention to the education quality for international students. In 2013, Hohai has established 34 English-taught Graduate majors with 170 English-taught courses. In 2015, Hohai has set up “1+3” education pattern for undergraduate students, and is now working on the English-taught undergraduate major.
Since 2013, there has been 1 course selected as National Excellent English-taught Course for International Students, and 4 courses selected as Provincial Excellent English-taught Courses for International Students.
