一、专业情况
河海大学目前有8个院系、20个本科专业招收外国留学生。本科学制为4年，中文授课。招生专业详见网站。

二、申请条件
年龄18周岁以上，身体健康，相当于中国高中毕业或以上学历的持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民，不满18周岁者，需提交监护人保证书。
对原为中国公民后加入外国国籍者，执行教育部外来〔2009〕83号文。
Qualification: healthy foreigners, over 18, have a high school certificate or equivalent one. Applicant under age 18 is required to submit a guarantee statement. Chinese citizens who have obtained foreign nationalities after shall follow the〔2009〕83 regulation of Ministry of Education of China.
三、申请时间
申请时间为2014年1月1日至2014年6月15日。
申请奖学金者详见各类奖学金的申请时间。
Application Period: Jan.1 to Jun.15, 2014. The scholarship application period varies according to different scholarships.
四、申请材料
1、《河海大学外国留学生入学申请表》；

2、护照及签证复印页；
3、经过公证的毕业证书和最高学位证书复印件；
4、全部课程的成绩单原件或经过公证的复印件；
5、三张本人近期一寸照片；
6、HSK四级证书及成绩单的复印件；
7、外国人健康证明。

河海大学提供种类丰富的奖学金。
1、中国政府奖学金
●覆盖范围
全额奖学金：学费、住宿费、基本教材费、生活费、门诊医疗服务和综合医疗保险；
部分奖学金：全额奖学金中的一项或几项。
●申请时间
2014年1月1日至2014年4月15日
●申请程序
（1）申请者通过当地中国使领馆申请奖学金支持。使领馆审核通过后，颁发加盖公章的中国政府奖学金资助证明。
（2）申请者持奖学金资助证明与河海大学联系，河海大学为其出具预录取通知书。
（3）申请者完成国家留学基金管理委员会（以下简称基金委）的在线申请（学校代码：10294）

（4）申请者将纸质材料递交当地中国使领馆，若已获得预录取通知书也应一并提交。

Scholarships: Hohai University offers lots of scholarships for international students.
1. Chinese Government Scholarship CSC
●Full scholarship (including tuition, lodging, comprehensive medical insurance, medical care, learning material and living allowance);
Partial scholarship means one or a few items under the Full Scholarship.
●Application Period: Jan.1 to Apr. 15, 2014.
●Application Procedures:
1. The applicant shall get the support from local Chinese Embassy or Consulate. An award letter from the Chinese Embassy or Consulate for the approval of scholarship should be offered if the applicant manages to pass the qualification examination.
2. The applicant shall contact Hohai University for a pre-admission.
3. The applicant shall fulfill the CSC online application (Agency Number: 10294):

4. The applicant shall submit all the application documents to local Chinese Embassy or Consulate, as well as our pre-admission if there’s one.

2、河海大学奖学金
●覆盖范围：学费。
●申请时间：2014年1月1日至2014年6月15日
●申请程序：申请者按照第四项的要求将申请材料发送至admission@hhu.edu.cn，同时将纸质版邮寄至河海大学国际教育学院。
2. Hohai University scholarship
● The scholarship includes tuition.
●Application Period: Jan.1 to Jun. 15, 2014.
●Application Procedures: The applicant shall send all the documents required by Item Four to admission@hhu.edu.cn and post them to College of International Education as well.
3、南京市政府奖学金
●奖励标准：1万元/学年。
●申请时间：2014年1月1日至2014年6月15日
●申请条件
（1）身体健康，对华友好，遵纪守法，符合申请学校入学条件的外籍人士；
（2）申请人就读本科生，年龄一般不超过28周岁。
（3）未享受其他中国政府奖学金或河海大学全額奖学金。
●申请材料
（1）《南京市政府外国留学生奖学金申请表》；

（2）经过公证的最高学历或学位证明复印件；
（3）经过公证的学习成绩单复印件；
（4）中文或英文书写的来宁学习或研究计划；
（5）相关的汉语水平证书的复印件，如HSK证书、其他汉语学习和考试证书等；
（6）护照复印件；
（7）健康证明。
●申请程序
申请者按照上述要求将申请材料发送至admission@hhu.edu.cn，同时将纸质版邮寄至河海大学国际教育学院。
3. Nanjing Municipal Government Scholarship
● The scholarship is 10,000RMB/year.
●Application Period: Jan.1 to Jun. 15, 2014.
● Qualifications:
1. Healthy foreigners, be friendly to China and obey the laws and regulations;
2. The undergraduate applicant should under 28.
3. The applicant shall have not enjoyed other government scholarship or Hohai University full scholarship.

Send all the documents as required to admission@hhu.edu.cn and post them to College of International Education as well.
六、录取及公布
2014年7月15日前，申请者可在河海大学国际教育学院网站http://cie.hhu.edu.cn查询录取名单及奖学金评审结果。
被录取者将收到国际教育学院寄出的《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201/202表）等材料。
6. Admission and Announcement
The applicant shall find the result of admission and scholarship on the website of College of International Education: http://cie.hhu.edu.cn before Jul.15, 2014.
Our Admission Notice as well as Visa Application for Study in China (JW201/202 Form) will be delivered to those who’re enrolled.
被录取者应持普通护照、《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201/202表）、《外国人体格检查表》、《血液化验报告》前往中国驻外使领馆办理入境学习（X）签证，并持上述材料，按通知书上规定的时间到河海大学国际教育学校办理入学报到手续。
7. Visa Application and Registration
Those who’re enrolled shall submit the Admission Notice, Visa Application for Study in China (JW201/202 Form), Physical Report and Blood Test Report to local Chinese Embassy or Consulate to apply a student (X) visa to China. The applicant shall register at Hohai University within the appointed time on the admission notice.
八、费用
学费：中文授课，20，000元/年；
报名费：400元；
住宿费：视不同条件从900~1500元/月不等；未获得奖学金的学生应于2014年7月15前预订admission@hhu.edu.cn,由于校内宿舍数量有限，未预订成功的学生，须自行解决校外住宿。
8. Cost
Tuition: 20,000RMB/year.
Registration: 400RMB.
Accommodation: 900-1500RMB/month subjects to different conditions; Those who haven’t get the scholarship shall book in advance before Jul.15, 2014 by email to admission@hhu.edu.cn. Those who haven’t succeeded to book a dormitory have to live off the campus by themselves.
